Collection of Legal Templates of contracts and letters

The work contains a number of templates for contracts, letters and other documents pertaining to the organisation of commercial enterprises in the French language. All materials are given in Polish and French. Thanks to the wealth of information provided and its high quality, the publication represents an indispensable tool for the daily activities of lawyers, business owners, translators and all those involved with Polish and French legal issues.

The agreements included in the following collection may be divided into two basic groups: nominate and innominate contracts. The group of nominate contracts, most importantly, includes agreements which are subject to the regulations of the Civil Code, Code of Commercial Companies and the Labour Code.

The prepared legal document templates do not at any time have the character of nominate templates. Whenever they are used, it is important to ensure that they meet the individual needs of the parties, which may lead to the resignation from individual provisions or the expansion of others.
